We want you to love your purchase from Warm Little Things Co. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Personalized and custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and reviewed, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Order cancellations

Because many of our products are made especially for you, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation or change will be possible once production has begun.
