At Warm Little Things Co., many of our products are made especially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, processing and delivery times can vary depending on the product.

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days. Personalized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

Shipping times

Once your order has been processed, shipping times depend on the shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery information will be provided on the product page and/or at checkout.

Please keep in mind that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking

When tracking is available for your order, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Address changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address change will be possible after an order has entered production or shipped.
